Include a clear subject line and the relevant page address. Do not send passwords, restaurant account credentials, payment card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information.

Report a Correction

Prices and menus change constantly and vary by location, so corrections are welcome and genuinely useful. For a menu, price, promotion or restaurant-location correction, include:

• The exact page address.
• The statement or figure that appears incorrect.
• The correct information as you saw it.
• Your city or state, since prices differ by location.
• A receipt date or photograph, when you have one.

Privacy Requests

Use the subject “Privacy Request” and say what you are asking for, such as access, correction or deletion. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. Read the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy for what is collected and why.

Accessibility Feedback

If something on this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Include the affected page, the barrier you ran into, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and the format or assistance you need.

Clearly identify the organisation and the purpose of the inquiry. Payment does not buy editorial coverage, favourable statements or changes to factual conclusions, and we do not sell links intended to manipulate search rankings.

Sonic Menu Guide is an independent, unofficial website and has no connection to Sonic Drive-In or Inspire Brands. We cannot change an order, a reservation, a charge, a gift card balance, a rewards account or a job application. For any of those, contact the restaurant itself or Sonic's official customer service at sonicdrivein.com/contact.

Comment Removal

To ask for a published comment to be reviewed, give the page address, the displayed name and enough detail to identify the comment. Removal requests are assessed against our comment guidelines and applicable law. Comments are filtered automatically when they are submitted and read by a person afterwards, so anything off topic or promotional is taken down rather than never appearing.
